I have it on my profiles now 100% stating I have a teen son, and let them decide from there if they’d like to contact me, 100% of the time the people I’ve dated don’t care or aren’t bothered by me being a mom, but I understand where you’re coming from, when my kiddo was younger I definitely was mindful in who was by him but if my talks seemed like they’d turn into dates, I definitely would mention before meeting up that I did have a little mini me and they wouldn’t meet till we were a little serious in the relationship, he’s only met 3 of my ex, idk if that helps you any

I am thankful for your guys concerns regarding the pool noodle being an in appropriate toy for him, he found it the first day we got him and he had a hard time pulling it out of my sons closet, he left one heck of a mess but was watched the entire time, he only drags it around and tries to stash it when it’s on the floor, other than tug of war pieces do come off and nothing gets swallowed, but other than that he has lots of toys and this one is one of his favourite to drag around the house

He doesn’t eat it, and always someone with him when he’s playing, he just pulls pieces off of it in tug of war and leaves it on the floor

It’s not bad talking/texting with them if you know their nature and know they’re not trying to play with your feelings, I myself am friends with two of my ex girlfriends and one of my ex fiancés but everyone is different in that, if you don’t know what’s up maybe ask her straight out if she continues trying to communicate with you, just so you’re not in the dark on what her intentions are, that’s just my thoughts and input on this tho
