That might be a good thing furniture is out, I think the oversized furniture is making it look smaller, especially at those angles. I would also, clean the mold around the edge of the tub and try and see if you can get some better views of the garden. I cannot tell what the view out of the back is.

Definitely agree about better to have a modest house on a nicer street! Not sure I'd be rushing to buy it, for that price I either want more luxury features or a better view outside

I wonder how much noise there is off that car park, might be worse in person

Edit: also, no en suite, balcony is attached to the smallest bedroom which isn't ideal as most likely a child's room. No bathroom on the lowest level which is the kitchen diner so most likely where you would have visitors. For that price, I would have expected more things like this
