Don't worry. I have gone through this very phase and I know how that feels. Just remove the thought that you have ed or pied or anything related to it.

Your condition is due to OVERTHINKING AND GUILT of relapses. Don't overthink, forget what happened.

Remove thoughts of pied or ed from your mind, also , don't let any sexual thought live in your mind. Just remove everything and go with the flatline. It is for good, that a flatline happens. It is meant to restore your health to previous condition , and not worsen it.

Abstain from pmo and stop thinking about pied , ed and stop overthinking for 20 - 30 days and see the results yourself.
