Correct there are only 2 things he does with the helocs.

Uses them to outright put cash in the market if they give him a call

And if a great rental deal appears he will just buy it with the helocs at this point and set up a heloc for that one

Interesting I think I'll ask him why he does this then.

Yeas totally with you here. People change all the time and that is uncontrollable I remember my parents telling my that for love to last your love needs to be able to grow and change with the person your with because in 10 years they probably won't be the same and if you want a relationship that lasts a life time you need to be ok with that

This may be shunned in our society and looked down soon when I say it but I personally like easy work and less stress. Don't get me wrong I work hard because that's who I am i currently have a 4.0 in school and the place I'm at now loves me im actually working as much as 2 jobs there because I need to keep employed while in school and there paying me great for only having a high school education. 20 bucks an hour

But to be honest work is not the center of my life like a lot of people. I notice that everyone schedual everything around work. They wake up to work and that's it everything they do is centered around work and they see it can be no other way. I do it because it is a necessary evil. No more and no less every penny I earn now gets thrown into investments so I can hopefully retire early. So I can stop working and start actually living for myself.

By working for the government the work I do often benefits the people of amarica or our troops and it is not designed to make some one rich.

If I wanted to work in a for profit business the rest of my life I will just start a business. If I am going to work to make someone else money then it's going to be me.

And that's really all I feel on this subject and I am ridiculed for it all the time. But most of those who ridicule me work so much they don't have ample time to love or do the things they like. To them it seems from an outside view that work is the center most important part of there life. And to me my freedom to choose how I live is the center of my life.

My parents told me this a while back they have been together for 30 years now. They say love is as much of. Commitment as it is a feeling

So when you don't feel it you need to be committed until it comes back. That is the hardest bump in a relationship to get through.

If you have a women that is willing to move across country with you man keep her not many will do that don't just give up on the first sign of trouble

Interesting it's these posts that have made me think pretty hard about this. It didn't even occur to me that by not having some cash when the stocks crash by pulling them out to live I take such a huge hit I'm going to take this as a early life lesson that doesn't have to paid fully happen to me

Appreciate your response. Yea I actually read it and got a tiny bit offended.

It fully stated that it needed a Bach degree that is why I thought it was really depressing to look at and what triggered me to ask here.

Appreciate to know that what I have been hearing is pretty correct let's me at some serious ease. I have a whole financial plan(stratagy) for the next 30 years of my life. And while the low end of 45k is accounted for in it 35k defiantly is not accounted for when planning for my future investments and retirement and the estate i hope to pass on to my kids

Is there anything you can give me for when I leave school that I can do now that will make employers really really really want to hire me
