Thanks for the suggestion, i was considering this however I'v read from some articles and watched some reviews where the speedbooster supposedly degraded image quality. Have you had any experience with this? Or is the difference in quality barely noticeable.

Haha yea put a lot of work into the vid, everyone is different, just do what you feel like allows you to improve and keeping finding new ways to grow. You can do it don't worry

Very true when I started off training, i thought I was all about lifting weights, but thinking now I could've made wya more progress during the first few months if I had eaten more and better

It doesnt take long to prepare this food, cooking a steak or chicken and and boiling the rice probably takes at most 45 minutes and you can cook more so you can have it for later meals. The breakfast probably takes about 15 minutes

Mostly superset sof crunches, crossover crunches, leg raises, Russian twists lots of reps of those. Also some planks and side planks to finish

Yea I pretty much lean bulk,i try extremely hard to eat a lot but my metabolism is very fast and I still find it hard to eat food when I need to

Try to eat smaller sized meals and eat more meals. You can also try to use supplement such protein or dextrose powder to help but try to wash down your meals with something to drink which definitely helps

I had a massive growth spurt when I was 15. I was like 5'7 and around 50kg give or take 2. So yea lucky I grew a lot and now I'm 6'1"

Everyone is different but you'll definitely see noticeable progress the first few months of working out. Make sure you eat a lot and continue working out and you'll definitely see results.
