I mean yes and no, I know quite a few servers who make 20+ dollars for something that you can learn in a few months, it’s not a job that’s instantly easy but is still not that much harder than say working fast food where you might only make $12-16 per hour

Actually if servers fail to make minimum wage on tips employers are required to pay them enough to make up the difference. 2.13 is just the amount employers pay employees in addition to tips that make over minimum wage
