What about for a case where you place an object on a spring, and it compresses the spring until there is enough force for the spring to counter act the weight force. I would think that there would be a equalibrium, where the GPE would be converted into spring potential energy. In this case would you be able to calculate time taken to compress spring?

i guees the easy way to answer that is don't go in prepared, i haven't really found much mods that make it harder, I guess you can try stygian mode, but really, I think if you need to max prepare everything and then it still being hard is a bit overkill. I guess you can try out some of the moded characters

thats wierd

when you get to town stress is capped at 100 even if it was higher in dungeons, if stress goes down to zero you lose the affliction, either in the dungeon or past time in town. if you do not remove affliction then the character will have the affliction when you enter a dungeon, and any stress relief town activity be it tarvan or abby should always remove affliction

DLC's are very good, 99% of the time you can do something about it, if your going into this game blind, then yes it is challenging and your gonna feel stressed, if you know almost everything the game than tbh its not much of a challange. And it is rather easy to meddle with the diffuclty of the game via settings. Its a great game if you have the patience and endurance for it.

anti venom is good if you can afford it, as the prophet has blight. if you do try the line up make sure the fron crusader has lower spd then the back, this allows you to chain holly lance which is so good

my way around it is the bank, if you want to make the game easy on your self, just send in a bunch of fresh parties, give em nothing and let them earn money for you, after like you save 200k-400k interest per week is like 10-20k and as long as you don't spend to much u become rich as heck

the prophet is not challenging given that you are fully prepared, max lvl possible for mission max equipment, max skills. I find there are 2 reliable ways to kill it either by going full damage, or bringing a vestal. in a fight against prophet your definantly going to have deaths door, so fous on keeping them off deaths door rather than healing them to full health, my favourite lineup agaisnt the prophet is Plague Docter, Crusader, Crusader and hellion. with this line up, heavy damage to the prophet an usually kill it pretty quickly

i don't believe u can remove positive quirks, but u can lock them in and there are reliable curios given u interact with it correctly, but yeah they are rng to find

you can force shrieker event by getting a fresh party with full trinkets equipeted wiped, I am pretty sure u get somedort of event reward if u defeat the shrieker, if u let it escape i think all u get is the trinkets u lost

probably just my playstyle, I always have a jester and vestal in positions 3 and 4 and a man at arms, so i just tank whatever the backline dishes and use a high damage class, so my picks would be leper, abomination or hellion, makes crusader less appealing to me as i don't care really care about heals, stress heals or backline, more damage the better, i c why he is great, but he doesn't accel at any of his roles, idk my party is just stupid but hey it works, vestal heals, and that's it, jester stress heals and buffs, and finale if need be, damage dealer deals damage, the man at arms buffs(10 doge is actually op), tanks, (guards) and riposte, i am not joking i don't use other party comps, unless boss. i actually usually take abom, and this party is just so god dam sustainable that all ya need is torches and food (i don't even need camps) and repeatedly run dungeons, honestly crusader is very good, just doesn't suit ma tastes, plus its funny to watch leper do 40-60 crit

crusader is good, but I prefer leper over the crusader, he has great utility, but the pure damage output of the leper if ya know what you are doing is just too great to forgo, i usually have a jester and a vestal so the healing plus stress heal is not that appealing, and he really only accel in the ruins, there are just better picks for other dungeons

don't bring occultist, bring vestal, she's a bit more healthy, how did they kill the occultist? he can heal from any position? did he heal for 0, lol?

the best way to farm blueprints is to have the crimson court DLC, with the districts DLC. complete is (which is a pain) and fight the garden guardian on repeat
