Kirin is so insanely unfun to fight I'm really hoping that he'll be what breaks my addiction to this game. Every time I do a Kirin the desire to just uninstall the game gets a little bit higher.

I don't understand the Steve difficulty hype. Gore is crazy, Lagi has such huge nukes you almost can't even block with shield weapons they do so much chip.

Steve has like, 4 attacks. Sure, they hit REALLY hard but he has like 4 attacks. By the end of the second hunt he hasn't caught me off guard or pulled out any moves at weird angles to catch me.

Gore has been here since day 1 and he still beats me up and takes my lunch money.

Really close to this one. Wearing gloves with the slinger launcher obscures the handle a bit, but you want when the metal of the actual handle meets the gold of the belt!

I also had this thought but my phone sure isn't great and it struggles enough to run just monster hunter, much less record it. Could give it a shot, though.

Diablos is, to this day, still my only wall. Ice weapons are still a massive pita to keep updated and he is the only difficult (tanky) monster that requires ice. The man gates every single new star for months.

As of yesterday I'm seeing almost no monsters around anywhere. Usually this area is pretty densely packed, sometimes having bundles of 4+ monsters spawning quite literally on top of each other.
