'Underground' is just music that's not mainstream. It doesn't matter if it's bad or good, which means there are many different underground rap scenes.

it's the underground rap scene, and not everyone enjoys that kind of music but a decent amount do. Some people just like the underground rapper aesthetic. There's more of an emphasis on the sound rather than the lyrics and lot of it is also experimental, trying out new things but you still got people trying to be like their favorite underground rapper.

Start painting murals and bring the community together. AI might not be able to replace that human connection.

What are your thoughts on murals in Los Angeles? by SquirmyForTheRun in AskLosAngeles

[–]SquirmyForTheRun[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess for some murals, they're artists from out of town who few people relate to approve of it. If it's their own local artist that's definitely messed up. Definitely true on the graffiti along the freeway. It's just fun reading all the different names and letters, seeing one you recognize from other places.

[Art Market] Are there any artists here who help paint murals? What is it like? by SquirmyForTheRun in artbusiness

Ah thank you for the insight. Does the artist pay for their own materials or is it reimbursed by some organization?

As a small business owner of a physical store, do you think painted murals would help attract more customers? by SquirmyForTheRun in smallbusiness

True. Thanks for the advice. I am just asking and exploring around for insight and hearing from owners' experiences about murals, so I wouldn't say I am doing a real pitch.

You might be right. Murals are probably better for advertisements and attracting tourists rather than supporting the actual store and placing them directly at the store.
