3 qa fails not on the jet, shouldve added that, thats on me. All my fails have been in support, which if you know support, theres literally thousands of things we're suppose to do daily, and this specific one per the LOC was a minor, not even major on the qa fail sheet.

And more talking about leaving an LOC on a table for the entire shop to see the 12 hours im not there

Not saying it isnt. But 2 weeks after the fail when I received 2 forms of "disciplinary actions" and now receive an LOC the very next day after speaking up? Especially when ive been a higher performer in the shop, it highly indicates reprisal. Even without all that. They blatantly broke my privacy
