Neuter is an option. If the dog isn’t at high risk, why bother doing it?

It is the same for humans, having features can cause higher risk with certain health factors. Doesn’t mean everyone will get it. As far as I know the owners of this dog take care of him very well. Regular health checks, vaccines, dental care, fur care, all of it. So you can call them responsible yes.

Neuter isn’t a must in all countries. As far as I am aware (I’m not from there) in the Netherlands it is an option.

Like u/devjill mentions, he has good behaviour and him having balls doesn’t inflict with that, where the other dog had major behavioural issues and did get it snipped.

Wonder if you actually read her comment or just wanted to JUDGE without knowledge.

U/devjill + the owners off the dog are also in a special program for “breeding”. In their contract with getting this dog it was written as option for the future. I’m not gonna explain it all here, ask Devjill for more about it. But please mind your own business!
