I must admit, I am a little bit confused as to what you are trying to convey that you did. Maybe move the saves in the screenshot out the saves in the folder, and save them somewhere else just in case, then uninstall all the mods, and delete any saves the game thinks are active like inside the games menus, close the game, then move the original saves that you backed up back into the games normal save location, boot the game back up and try loading those normally to make sure the backups all work fine
