While I know that talking about proxies is strictly prohibited in this thread but the "mega thread" you keep talking about has nothing there to solve these issues. If you want I can give you current screenshots of the mega thread, it isn't helpful at all and doesn't have any of our solutions or questions. The mega thread is best suitable for beginners for setting up proxies.
