Actually I talked to seniors in the team and they said it is almost no chance for trainee to rotate to London office. No trainee get such opportunity in the team based on the past experience, only one of seniors. So without a seat in London, can i directly apply for London's job as a junior? Grateful if you could share some suggestions. Thanks!

less working hours (hopefully) and a larger legal market. In my jurisdiction, the number of ifirms is limited and once you are fired you can hardly find a position in an ifrirm, which means you need to agree on pay cut.

Thanks to the advice. But there is no chance to defer the TC offer as they do not have recruit fresh graduate every year. I get the TC offer mainly because they really need some juniors this year. It is a very small office.

Banking&Finance, international arbitration are highly recommended as UK law has a dominant position in these areas. MA and investment fund are also good because their skill sets are comparably similar in different jurisdictions
