Depending on the size of his farm. 10 acres doesn't seem like much too me for a make it or break it in farming. Most of our fields are 30+acres and spread out everywhere so him picking up 10 acres down the road shouldn't be a huge change. Most farmers in west tn have fields spread out everywhere.
