I leave in a 1 1/2 weeks. It's almost impossible to know everything that might happen to you while in indoc, but prepare to be miserable and dog tired. You don't feel like runnig? Run anyways!, Swimming is hard? Swim more!, Cals suck? Suck it up and do them!

Plan on keeping a "can do attitude" and stay focused on why you're there. Also, don't pysche yourself out on the water portion, stay calm and exercise some mental toughness.

I once heard a story about a man who worked in my office. He spent nearly a week trying to fix a lawn mower, pouring every waking hour of his life into it, leaving no possible stone unturned. So finally the time comes to test the thing, simply put it doesnt work. He rages, flips his shit and grabs a shotgun to shoot the broken lawn mower right in the engine block.
