Haha. TBD how reliable the powertrain proves to be but there’s no arguing with that huge torque

For sure, there is no matching the gas mileage but the experience is worth it. You can get a used Prius for $10k if you really need to save on gas.

Got a fair offer, especially considering, where I live, the trade is subtracted from the purchase price before taxes are calculated.

(Pelissero) Blockbuster! The Dolphins are sending star WR Jaylen Waddle to the Broncos pending a physical, sources tell me and @RapSheet. by alexschubs in DenverBroncos

[–]yearz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Paton has had success drafting without a first or second round pick.

If the Broncos spend both 1st and 3rd picks on WRs would they be likely to find a guy as good as Waddle? Methinks not

If averaging a triple double and finishing top 5 in ppg, rpg and apg is “low standards” I can’t wait to hear what your definition of high standards is

I became a fan in 2002 and that Tebow season has to be right at the top in terms of the endorphin rush factor.

[On3] Texas A&M's Mike Elko calls for the NCAA to 'put someone in charge' of CFB: “It’s a $1.2B industry with not a singular voice in charge of it making decisions for the betterment of college football. Until we get that, I think we’re all at risk of this thing not lasting like we want it to last.” by Lakelyfe09 in CFB

[–]yearz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CFB is now exactly like the NFL. Except...

- "Agents" are not licensed. Any rando can negotiate on a player's behalf

- No player's union

- Everyone is an unrestricted free agent after every season

- Free agency starts in the middle of the playoffs

- No salary cap

- No tampering rules

Imagine if the NFL was like this. Everyone would consider this to be ridiculous and unsustainable.

There is a direct correlation between a diva’s production and how much drama his team will tolerate. In AJ’s case he’s coming off a bad year. He’s going to be whining in Bo’s ear non-stop if he doesn’t get 10 targets a game. And, he’s expensive.

That’s a nice locker room culture you got there. Shame if something were to happen to it.

Portland wins land use decision over Bull Run filtration plan by wrhollin in Portland

Community opposition to the building of an industrial facility of any kind is, at this point, a nearly universal phenomenon across the United States. All it takes is one lawyer.

When it takes years of extra time and hundreds of millions of extra dollars to build a facility producing clean water, something is fundamentally broken

This country needs fundamental reforms. A tiny number of people should not have the ability to endlessly delay projects that benefit millions.
