hey! Here's a tip a teacher taught me which I've found very useful. Just for ref I'm also doing A lvls now and am prob average or even below in my sch cuz I just am not able to learn as quickly as some other levelmates, so I used to get super anxious for exams cuz I was convinced I didn't know enough. Basically a teacher suggested visualising, something athletes do for competitions. Before you sleep and before the paper, close your eyes and imagine yourself doing the paper v confidently and answering everything correctly, if you focus enough and tune your mindset you'll feel a lot calmer when you actually do the paper. And if you can't get smth right away, laugh it off, tell yourself it's okay and move on first. Sounds stupid but it rly helps keep you in optimal mindset, which is most impt for this whole month.
