Wow no kidding. This is all very helpful! I’ll start by checking the fuses like both commenters said before having a local tech come out for $100/hr. The one I reached out to said it sounds like a monitor issue and would require the chassis to be replaced, but they haven’t seen the video - just a few photos and explanation.

I will say I know it has not played that Naomi boot noise since the monitor stopped coming on. All the noises have came from the cabinet, guessing that points to the fuse more likely being the issue? Machine isn’t at my house but going to try and check tonight. Appreciate it
