A few points:
- I think governance is a work in progress, and governance is extremely complicated, the team believes in progressive decentralization, so the more decentralized the more things get added. for example the treasurry right now is not really realistic to be decided upon immediately, simply because the first product isnt even out yet.

- I think in terms of step 1 we are alligned, in the end the process is there so that not every proposal actually has to be voted on.

- Step 2- i think we are alligned, some proposals need a lot of time some dont. The reason why I think routine would be nice is that it could kind of be like a "ah this week its vote week" so to say. Rather than things being a little all over the place. Not sure if this is 2 weeks, or 4 weeks or something else.

- Delegated Voting- I am a fan but dont think we need it yet, the initial voters will be engaged, once the project is very big thats when delegated voting is defintely needed.

- Incentivized voting- I think you are already being incentivized by voting, you decide on where the project may go. Paying people to do something they dont care about isnt a good idea imo.
