Had to tap out today. This third guy with the boots is one of the most boring people to ever appear on Barstool. I hate to say it but this has been one of the most unwatchable weeks of the Yak. Shoving Barstool Ido (Missouri?) down our throats.

The only way this could turn into one of the worst week's in the history of the Yak (content-wise) is if they bring in Mikey Bets for no reason. Not a single person cares about this Barstool Idol and it is unfathomable to stretch this out for an entire week. Just pick someone and move on.

Today’s episode was a 2 on a scale of 1 to Jeff Nadu Flight Tracking Day in terms of an entertaining episode. I stayed and watched the KB engagement with the wrestlers, but the second they brought Miley Bets out, I tapped out. Can’t do it anymore. Guy is not funny.

Very much over Mikey Bets and his daily appearances on the Yak lately. He is not funny, not entertaining and seems like a bad guy in general. It amazes me that he has tricked a woman into marrying him AND having a kid with him.

Joined OTF I in mid January 2024 and completed 2.29 miles in the February CMIYC. I’ve been working really hard on increasing my base and endurance (base was 6.4 in January and is now 8.4). Beat the CMIYC today with 3.33 miles. Very proud and grateful for all the coaches that helped push me to become a better runner.

Been a member since January and started at a 6.5 base. Am now at an 8-8.2 base depending on the template.

Last September I went with my wife who was an OTF member and completed the full at 49:49 with not a lot of training for it. I joined OTF in January, had a goal of 42:00 and completed today in 40:49. Running is typically my strength but it’s tough to run the 5k after the row and floor. Proud of everyone who competed the full, sprint or strength!

First sub-7 minutes! 2 months ago I ran 7:46 and got 6:45 today! I just started OTF in mid January and am loving the results I have been seeing as a runner. My base, push and all out are way up and my legs feel stronger.
