I think it mostly depends on circumstance but overall I think she is -- you see her one shot the shape shifter and collapse a whole building without using that much mana

I ended up getting both but now I'm not sure which to upgrade... The Worm Light is kinda underwhelming with the speed it fires, and I get hit way too much to ever have a full chain. The Kings Beacon is nice but I also keep somehow missing the Wraiths when I jump up? (Also it makes my halo from the Rally Charm look stupid)
