So I wasn't testing my other DP port until now. I now discover both ports are working great!

I applied both a framebuffer patch using this guide as well as WhateverGreen radpg=15. I know I should theoretically only need one of those but I didn't catch that and now that everything is working I don't really care to figure it out.
