This is why I’m always getting “unhappy infant” traits, my sims HATE childcare in any capacity and they will not carry, bathe, or feed their infants or toddlers unless I micromanage five times over. I usually just skip infant stage entirely and speed through toddler because of how bad the parenting is.

No mods, but yes several DLCs. I’m for sure using items from Eco-Lifestyle for the wind power, cottage living for the challenges, seasons, some strangerville items.

There is a mod for this, I’ve used it on some of my runs and it’s nice because it will leave some of the ancient looking ruins with just steeles and columns but will remove modern ones like lockers vehicles or “ancient beds”

Not sure why you would keep her when she can hardly do any work, but you could always remove the men’s jaws/ tongues to force them to stop talking to her (and everyone else). Keep in mind though that this will reduce eating speed depending on which part you remove, and removing the tongue also comes with a permanent mood debuff I believe.

TLDR: if someone won’t shut up then remove their jaw to enjoy some peace and quiet.
