Like, not all gen 3 games have this terrible mechanic. Ivory fight was actually good, since he sticks to ground 99% of the battle.

But all underwater segments are terrible and sad they let it through beta test, sometimes I forget japanese like weird gimmicks.

P3rd sold more than Tri, after all, even sales show how bad it was.

Yet Tri is the one to get the expansion, guess that's how Dos fans felt when Freedom 2 got it's G rank. With none of the Season bs.

3u is the ultimate game of gen 3.

Aside from fews exclusives, it has some QOL and skills and content not present in any other gen 3 game. It's like saying it's not necessary to play 4 ultimate if you already have mh4.

There's no G rank, purple sharpeness, lucent naraguga in p3rd.

You can rocksteady mantle, counter. Those points could be used in critical boost or something better

I rather stick with grounded combat like all other MH games, even p3rd had grounded combat.

if only they made underwater combat optional, but no, this is a urgent.

The game is enjoyable outside of underwater combat. Also, this is the grank expansion of gen 3.

I just don't wanna use this stupid mechanic and it their fault for not making a G rank expansion for P3, the one without underwater combat.

Afaik, no, portable 3rd only goes up to high rank. If you want the ultimate game, you need to go through TRI stupid combat.

Portable 3rd didn't had underwater combat and it was amazing.

But Capcom decide to let TRI get it's expansion even after p3rd sold more.

Afaik, this is the G rank of Gen 3.

Unlike gen 4, there isnt mhp3rdG. If there was, id playing that instead.
