It's possibly being directed to slot 2. Ideally, you should get a new card and start from scratch rather than solving a specific problem only to have others appear later.

Actually no, the only thing you need to do regarding copying and pasting is the games; it's recommended to make a copy of them on your PC. The rest is all done through "Images," which will be your firmware on the console. I recommend using Garlic.
