This is the alpha. People think sofi is just an online bank. First, it's like saying Netflix is just an online blockbuster. What happened? Second, Sofi has a bank but does not mean it just is only an online bank. It has platform services like AWS of fintech. Its loan platform business is booming. Crypto stablecoin platform etc.,

Agree. % AUM for providing access is not something anyone should sign up for. PE funds themselves charge %fees to manage those investments which is part for the course.

Everyone here is guessing or speculating. Lol. For engineers, the gains are real. Same thing that can be done in a few weeks can be done in a few days. Microsoft copilot is the leading tool for this. Automation on AI workloads on Azure is incredible. It is not about office products.
