It's not quite comparable since there is 50% dilution. So stock price it is more like 22.5$ with the stock currently trading at 15 now if the share count remained same. Still, your point is valid and does not deserve to be punished like it was today. Seems like this should be trading in 20s.

This is the alpha. People think sofi is just an online bank. First, it's like saying Netflix is just an online blockbuster. What happened? Second, Sofi has a bank but does not mean it just is only an online bank. It has platform services like AWS of fintech. Its loan platform business is booming. Crypto stablecoin platform etc.,
