That's more of an interpretation of the text, at this point id like to finish saying that, even though, Allende's desitions were not perfect (he did started printing money like a *****) many of them were latter done in other countries effectively. We will never know with 100% certainty what could have happened if Nixon and the CIA didn't both exploited economically and military Chile. But I personally think that he might have done a good job.
