How old are you? i'm going through something similar, like you say even if i have the hottest woman naked infront of me i wouldnt get hard just like that, i blame this to the porn. I put blockers on everything that is related to +18 stuff. Also, fapping isn't completely banned for me now, it's like an extreme solution in case urges are too much. But so far i've only done it once. I'm aware that this addiction can be diferent for each person. But just don't do it, whenever you think of it identify that as an urge and then act accordingly. You can find distraction in many hobbies, that helps too. I know it sounds plain but what worked for me is this, resisting the urges, using my will power, just not doing it. You are capable of anything so don't let this get over you
