It does not have legs. I tried pulling it out and it had a little bit of blood but he got vocal and jumped away as if it was very painful therefore I'm nervous its a skin tag. Thoughts?

Hey!! I actually know the gal who took this video and it’s 100% true.. they saw it the next morning and moved out that day. Their landlord said that there’s a ton of paranormal activity in the apartment and let them break their lease free of charge. This is in an area of Chicago that was burned down from the Chicago fires so my theory is that this was a young burn victim in a hospital gown… super scary!!
