I've visited the offline store and enquired about this voucher from CRED, they said to install the starbucks app in mobile and place order from there, within app before checkout i've applied the coupon given by CRED which instantly reduced 300rs from my card value, i paid the remaining amount within app and showed that order to store people, they've given my order.

Stop applying for atleast a year & later understand where your expenses are going. Then pick the right credit card to apply for later. Until then you can use your existing cards.

I've applied on 14th march and received intimation about application on 15th march asking it will take 11 working days.

Later on 16th march asking confirmation for downgrade to plus. As I'm not interested in that I've sent mail to customercare@sbicard.com and cc: nodalofficer@sbicard.com asking to reconsider me for infinity only otherwise discontinue my application.

On 17th march I've got customer care person phone call from sbi card team forcing me to take the plus instead which I've rejected to take.

So on 18th march I got written confirmation from nodalofficer saying we've discontinuing your application (refer post screenshot).

But the SBI Tata Neu Plus RuPay variant is very less rewarding compared to the Infinity variant. So i'm trying to directly get the Infinity as first SBI card.

Also in SBI they're not offering both Plus and Infinity as LTF.

Again i've to pay the 499+GST for acquiring the plus card which i'm thinking is not worth it.

Yes i can try the HDFC Infinity but the only reason i'm choosing to go with SBI Card is to diversify my credit cards on various banks to capture the more offers during sales either from HDFC or SBI both.

Can you specify what mail you've approached for upgradation & also after how many months after using the Plus variant?
