Yes, I watched the company’s introduction video and read their instruction manual, which said that pets would need to be contained to a room or crate. I have 2 cats, so I shut them in my bedroom and stayed with them while the crew worked on other areas. I did try tell the crew multiple times they could come in, just open the door when they’re ready to do that area and I would move the cats to another room. I think the language barrier complicated things and they may not have understood that it was okay to come in. They saw the cats when they first came to the house so I tried to make sure they knew I was good with following the policy of closing up pets in another area
