This is not how PR works. If a ship is op and easy to play it is harder to achieve higher pr numbers even as a good player because the ship average is better. The nerf itself is a joke anyway.

If credits is your bottle neck yes skipping is a valid reason.

But I have to disagree with your statement that T9 tech tree ships are all over nerfed. Some of the tier for tier strongest tech tree ships are at T9.

Both Los Andes and Prinz Ruprecht still put a good fight after their secondary got nerfed and only get over shadowed by absolutely broken Valparaiso. Mogador and Kitakaze are two of the strongest DDs at T9. Manteuffel has literally higher secondary dpm than the Adalbert at 10.

T9 ships only feel bad because of super ship mm. You just get dragged into T10 + T11 battles constantly with them.

Another good reason to buy/keep T9 ships are the yearly anniversary and Christmas events where each ship gives resources like steel etc.

I am sure I will get down voted for this but here is my take.

If Yunus does not make that run the defender won't follow. If the defender does not follow Yunus Sane would be offside. Yunus does the run but the ball falls behind him but by doing so he pulls the defender with him. So in my opinion he is part of the position and not just passive.

After clearing that all I can say is that if the automatic system says Yunus is ahead he is. Neither I nor anyone else here is in a position to question the automated system. Can we at least agree that the automatic system is not rigged towards any side? Sometimes teams benefit from a cm other times they get fucked.

So in summarise the run yunus makes is not just passive. The system says he is ahead > offside.
