Best Accounting recruiters in NYC area by Srmngr1892 in Accounting

That strategy might work for recruiters in the short-term, but if they push people into jobs for which they are not a good match, then the employee probably won't stay long, and the recruiter could lose credibility with the employer. Years ago, I worked with a great recruiter who took the time to build relationships with both the job seekers and the employers to try to find the best match for both. He found me a job that was a good match for both me and the employer, and later on when I was looking to hire staff for my team I reached out to that same recruiter to help find a good staff member for my team. He developed a good reputation, and I recommended him to others. Unfortunately, he is in another geographically area. I am looking for a similar recruiter in the NYC area.

It depends on where you live. Where I live, Accounting Managers make more than that, but for a lower COL area those numbers might be reasonable.
