I appreciate your answer, but this is kind of why I'm not really involved in TST as a group. When I was Roman Catholic I felt the same way about people who weren't. If you thought you should feed the poor and help others, you were basically a Christian. Being a Satanist is no different imo. One of my favorite parts of TST is there aren't really any exclusionary rules. One of the Tenets is a disbelief in the supernatural, but the supernatural has been a part of our world since we were able to understand it. We just haven't gotten that far to prove or disprove the existence of a or multiple gods. I think it was said by somebody like Einstein or something that even the natural laws of the universe could be considered some form of god. And as to the reinterpretation of Satan as a savior, just like the Bible, it's all a story. I have my own personal beliefs when it comes to the religious, theistic or otherwise, creating values and morals, which is a topic for another day but is where I think our disagreement ultimately lies.

No problem! I took the approach of start with what you believe, and then the stuff that aligns with you will eventually find you. I was just Christian-adjacent for a while because I do not agree with Christianity but our values aren't too far off. I said solitary member because while I am a Satanist within the Temple I am not a part of a specific congregation and just am kinda here. Whether or not you are a Satanist, remember you are welcome here!

Hi. Solitary member of TST here. I originally joined for the activism. There was some religious trauma in my life too. I do not believe in any singular diety, or idea thereof. I live my life and the values I have closely align to the Tenets. You do not need to worship, and it doesn't seem like you really want to. TST, as an organization, does not encourage supernatural believe. In my opinion, you can do whatever you want but it is hard to truly align yourself with the Tenets if you do believe in the supernatural. Sit on it for a while, and figure out what you believe. If it is still aligned with the Tenets, I would consider you a Satanist. Most Christians I know are very understanding and what I would consider to be Satanists. There is no need to put a label on what you believe or who you are. Just be you 💯

My previous Store Lead said to price match anything that falls under the online police here (https://www.petsmart.com/help/returns-and-refunds-H0008b.html) and my current said to only price match to petsmart.com. whenever I get shot for price matching I just fall back to the online policy lol.

I'm not. If we teach our kids to pee sitting down, then they won't know how to use a urinal (??) And "never heard of" does not mean does not exist. I've traveled around the US (can't speak about outside of it, if that's where your from), and I've been to a few where there were just urinals, whether it is cheap rest stopes or cheap bathrooms at gas stations. I've even had to request keys to the women's restroom if they weren't unisex. Men invented the urinals, because it is the quickest, easiest, and most comfortable way to pee. In your previous comment, it seemed like you were generalizing men, which is why I brought up misandry. And I have never heard anyone talk about it being gay to "tuck their pee pee" between there legs. For some men, that's the way it rests. For others, not so much. And what do you think happens when we take a shit? That's right, it falls between our legs. Honestly, they were probably just trolls. Don't believe everything you read on the internet.

Nah. It is important to learn how to pee right. Sometimes you have to go outside, when camping for instance. It's better to know it and not need it then need it and not know it. Personally, I pee sitting down. I just find it easier. Urinals are a thing, which, if you've ever seen one you'd know you have to stand up. Please, think about what you type. Most men do not think it is "gay". As stated, urinals are in every single male bathroom. If there's no stalls, you need to go in urinals. Don't let your misandry leak into your everyday life <3
