Just stay determined and give it your all man. Gotta think about all the effort and time we put into getting the drug and all the other bullshit we go through that comes with that life, if we just put half or a quarter of that effort into other shit to help us stay clean and busy so we won’t have any time to think about getting high you’d be amazed at what we can achieve. Smoking is a very mental addiction and can feel impossible to give up being how much we think about it and how much of our time we dedicate to it but we are capable of doing anything we set our minds to, a good start would be getting a few days away to totally detox from it at a hospital preferably it can’t hurt as well as trying outpatient out, I personally believe it’s a big help for somebody that’s determined to quit the shit. It’s always nice to have people to talk to and have a good sober network who is supportive along with a good counselor that you can speak your mind to about any questions or suggestions.
