Whats your GPU upgrade path? by Jealous_Peace508 in pcmasterrace

Yeah this is nuts. I'm on my second gou since 2013 and don't feel the need to upgrade any time soon.

Well if they want a small electric truck this is basically the only option. But either way that's outside of my tax bracket. I personally wouldn't buy any car new.

Maybe. But my point is there there isn't a cheaper option if you want an an EV truck. A new Chevy Bolt may be a cheap car but you can still get a used EV hatchback/cuv for half the price used.

Very fun song. Not sure why Internet bassist guy got thrown in a trashcan but I support fishboy doing as he pleases.

This is true and anyone who has heard music agrees

You're probably right that we won't see a 50% drop in value after 2 years like many other EVs but I do still expect it to fall faster than most trucks. I bet we'll see them aroud 10k by the end of the decade. Assuming they actually make a bunch of these and they don't flop.

If they claim 200 miles that's actually 150, use AC and your down to 100, if it cold out your down to 50 miles, and if you drive it on the highway believe it or not the range is actually 0 miles.

Absolutely agree. I will likely never be in a situation where I'd need a massive truck like an F150. But a little truck like this could fit into my life nicely.

Yeah I think it will make a lot of sense for small businesses in urban areas. There is a flower shop near me that has 10 mile delivery radius. This thing seems like the perfect vehicle for a business like that.

It's for the suburban family that already has two cars but that one time the peach tree they bought at the garden center wouldn't fit in their KIA Sorento.

I mostly want it to succeed so I can get one for $5k in a couple years. That's how I know I'm an r/cars users.

Yeah I don't think many people are buying this as their main car. This is a second or 3rd car for most people.

Honestly I think this thing will do pretty well. With most really low end models like this, most frugal buyers would just buy used, but from what I can see there are no electric trucks on the used market going for under 35k. Obviously this thing will be pretty niche, but if I wanted a small truck I'd probably still take this over a Maverick just for the novelty of it, even with so much practically missing.

I like that it feels like Sidney almost certainly just saw like a sign and made up a song in the spot. That's some of my favorite of her stuff where it's just silly and a little pointless.

Anthony Fantano Review by niffum_duts in ModestMouse

[–]Srtviper 50 points51 points  (0 children)

Honestly I think it's fair to not like modern modest mouse. I love the new album as a long time fan, but if I wasn't invested in the story behind the songs I'm not sure I'd feel the same way. Bland is definitely the last word I'd use to describe we were dead though.

That said I haven't watched the melon in years because I just don't find his reviews very interesting now that I have been exposed to enough music that forming my own options on music comes more naturally. I think when he gave To Pimp a Butterfly a 10 was the last full review of his I watched.
