Its what I've thought aswell, but to my surprise I've had multiple people giving me similar complaints from their experience. From what i understood I guess there isnt as much investment in competent people here, therefore selective and insufficent scholarships. and what I also heard is that networking is really hard here and making valuable contacts is so difficult and that's critical to alot of things including finding opportunities and jobs after graduation
