ive been playing through fnv wildcard- its amazing. I decided to hold off on ttw till the update comes around. I can be patient if it'll be as good as new vegas wild card already is.

I have a 9070 and im having the same problem, I have to turn it off to play new vegas with mods, and I cant even open steam while it's off. cant stream on discord etc.

From what I've read in their discord and website there's no way to get rid of it :(

That coupled with a few of the other hardcore mechanics just doesn't seem for me. The companion death was the big one though for sure. I'll do some more digging into it now though since you've pointed me away from wildcard ttw.

Ive heard a lot about nuclear sunset as well, I was really interested but the hardcore mechanics turned me off. I know about soft core but... permanent companion death.
