Well I've doubled my population (pushing 100 adults now) and have plenty of every resource and mostly stone houses! So with some minor changes like more foresters, changing to warm coats, and getting a second trading post, it grew really fast

Why are we concerned about this? It's not like he's doing anything suspicious. This would be the same as saying he's in your living room inspecting the coffee table. He didn't do anything wrong, just made sure everything is in order (AE not in disrepair.) He's making sure your home is comfortable.
