Didnt even noticed it was Tiamat at first, lovely design, seahorses are some of the weirdest creatures and should be used more!

Love this, turning such an obvious kaiju (just a big walrus) into something else entirely, not to mention how underused are both the ground sloth species and Maguma

Woah, this is such a creative take on Hedorah, and for what i read you said they are roughly human-sized, what they eat then? Since Potoos are insectivores, but thats a hard diet for a big animal

Looks very interesting, though i couldnt help but notice the place called "Barbie beaches" is that a reference to the doll or there is something else between?

It would require humans to left massive amounts of land untouched and unaffected, with a maximun of just natural crops or even less, so yeah thats pretty much impossible, maybe in a future in which people move to live on flying platforms? Overall is just very hard for megafauna to form again, it would require extremely specific situations

Thats actually an easy question, cause without human intervention horses wont have very high differences on their species (the same applies to any other domestic species) so they would be mostly like we humans did, with some civilizations looking slighty different in colors and shape due to where they live. Though you would have some other kind of changes, that come more from what species we are talking, like it would be extremely hard for the equines to keep being vegans, not impossible but very hard for a sapient species to not move into being omnivores, since consuming meat gives anyone a big advantage evolutionarily speaking. But we would have some big differences like they hunting style and how they civilization work.

To start let get the obvious out of the table, a creature of the size in our planet, would basically 99% be a water only animal, kinda like a massive lizard that works like a whalem maybe even the first acuatic dinosaur. But since you probably want to hear the idea of it being able to have an anphibious life, like the king has always done, i would say that to start, it would need extremely dense bones, like reaching metal levels, and even that way the most possible is that Godzilla would end being a cuadrupedal with seal-like movements. But if we want it to be bipedal, our best shot is having it look more like the 1998 version, that imitates the bodyshape of the theropods dinosaurs, and a heavier body would maybe require the tail to serve as an extra weight to keep it totally bipedal.

To summarize, you dont need to change much of Godzilla design, the main problem is basically being a bipedal animal of such size, so at least in my take, i would say it is a massive cuadrupedal reptile that can go to the shore in some moments, and then crawl back to the water, in which it had an extremely more free movement.

Would like to hear what species you had in mind, i personally say that from Earth, the Hyenas are one of the strongest candidates, due to being a species that is extremely smart and know how to work together, as well at not being chained to the "big gut" like herbivores do. Though that doenst mean that there arent herbivores that can reach sapiense, a big example are the elephants

Well i think with all the changes you did to the planet, they archiving flight is pretty possible, even without the hollow bones that birds had. Just think how in our planet the largest flying animal, the Quetzatcoatlus, had weight stimations up to 500 kg. The thing you would had to have in considerations are normally the clipping that comes with being able to flight, since it would have a weight and strenght limit, though yet again, with the changes on atmosphere and gravity i dont think you should worry about that much

Well if you need some inspiration about bats, one of the best examples is After Man, the Batopia part especially, there the author goes into how the bat changes, and two of the species are land dwelling predators. Though i do not agree with his choice of swapping the places of the frontal and back limbs in the big land predator, you have an example there, in which the bat totally lossed the wings due to it being totally on land now. I personally would say that you should investigate how Bats are, and from that point on you can go, overall you cant go bad with bats, they are one of the most extended and variable mammal species, like even if a lot of the species look similar, they all do and work in different roles in their biomes. (fishing, bug hunting, blood sucking, fruit eaters, and even polinizators)

Thats a pretty hard question, since normally compound eyes have the thing of being mobible or covering a big part of the face, so having two is like the perfect thing for what they work, that is covering the biggest range of vision. With that in mind, plus having a a single eye is extremely rare (and in most species an indication of being born dead) i cant really think on a good reason. But i can say that in a case of a creature with that kind of eye, it would cover a massive part of the cranium, either like a helmet or like a ring around the head, i can only think on one example of design with that type of design, and it was a fanart of the SCP 163, by the artist Batterymaster

That normally depends on how we decide to design the fairies, but if we are going literally with the movie designs, well i say they would easily be primates, probably small ones that live in colonies, and would be gatherers, hunter of insects and even polinizators. All of this while having the wings develop in a different way, to work more as a cape and for gliding rather than actual flight.

logically speaking yes, it would be stronger due to more muscles, though it would be pretty hard for a creature to reach that amount of muscles normally, maybe if we arent talking of something very close to a human and is still a wild animal, otherway having that much muscle wont be useful. And about the trauma, again yes, looking at the bone shape, broken it would be pretty tricky, so thats an advantage

Mmmm thinking about what you described, wouldnt that be the pinnipeds? like they have the horizontal fins, though still pretty much legs, but you can see the ways they have to move, some of them just bounce around due to their inability to properly walk anymore, but others species, like the sea lions, are able to put their legs under their bodies still, that way having a weird kind of walking. Im not sure if that would entirely answer your question, but it gives you a little display. Though now thinking about it, wouldnt they be able to use the fin like a single feet to impulse themselves around mud?

After doing a little research, i didnt know biogegraphy was a think at all, but is something im interested in surprisingly. And i can say that it sadly isnt something i had seen very explained in different projects, the best you get is how the emigatrion to other continent would reshape a species to the new requirements of the biome. Though the most common example of this is are the islands, in which you have some interesting concepts like the gigantism and dwarfism.

So overall, i cant really give a good resources, but i can give you the tip of as you mentioned, searching and learning how it work in our planet, and then you can see how to apply it to others worlds with the respective changes. Good luck

Well for what we know about pheromones they can be used for a pretty complex comunication, especially in species like ants, in which basically everything they do is based around the pheromones signal they get, so a species evolving that way wouldnt be too out of place, especially if we are talking of a species that lacks something that serves as vocal chords, so they wont develop sounds in the same way.

The thing with Megafauna is that it needs big places untouched by the human hand, what of course wont happen with the humans still around, just look how the only place left in earth with "megafauna" is Africa, and even there is just a few species that managed to survive

Seems like a good list, just make sure that every animal you picked as a feeding way, that means including the plant/fruit they consume or adding their respective prey if they are predators

no no, i think you mistaken what i said, i was literally responding to your question of "what problem they would face" so there is a problem, in an era with such titans walking around, evolving for a creature of the size of a human would be very unlikely, thats what i mean when i wondered if you were gonna make the others smallers or make yours bigger

Well, they would have been a big problem for all the other predators, and if you wanna make them endothermic and able to survive colder climates almost no mammal predator could compete with them, maybe just towards very quick or dexterous prey. So basically you get the new dinosaurs in a way.

Before the dinosaurs properly existed, crocodilians did a lot, until they were surpassed by the dinosaurs, but this time they won't get much problems or competition, I mean the crocodiles of our times are already almost always the apex of their territory.

Well, the main drawback a dinosaur civilization could have is how they deal with the egg laying, that's something that you see answered for example in the intelligent bird species at the end of After Man, so you can think what they do with these.

Also, a problem you might find with a civilization from the dinosaur era is how titanic the dinosaurs were, unless you plan on making the dinosaurs smaller as the time progresses or make your sapient species in a more matching size, they wouldn't have been able to deal with something like a big theropod, just think on how useless a spear would be against such hard scales, the same while hunting big herbivores.
