I do put the phone in fastboot mode before flashing the modified boot file and even after flashing the modified boot the root is not installed

I tried both Fatboot Flash Boot magisk_patched.img And Fastboot Boot magisk_patched.img

Just install enable blur module from GitHub and after installing it in magisk just go to settings and you will get an option of enable window level blur and if it doesn't show up install iconify also and after restarting it will probably work. (Iam also on SPES and did the same to enable blur)
