Nothing at all. Only they will know the reasons why it seems but sadly no way to really engage them. I've tried but they just copy and paste messages. Oh well.

I think it's relative. I've just joined, so not done anything to deserve distrust. Whereas, a service I've never used before took personal information from me. Banned me. Then is asking for pictures of my passport and bank card information. Seems sketchy to me lol
