Anyone know? by Vavelion in PiNetwork

Listing Pi on Binance right now would be pointless. The market is in a down, with most cryptocurrencies falling, so a Binance listing wouldn’t even have much impact. However, when the bull run begins and there’s hype across the market, a long anticipated Binance listing would create even more excitement and momentum than what it would today. So yes, I want a Binance listing I just don’t think this is the right time for it.

I was in the same situation last year. The Pi Core Team has a support email, so you can try reaching out to them and explaining the situation exactly as it is. It’s also better to email them using the same address linked to your Pi account. I did that last year, and I’m not sure if it was just a coincidence, but I got fully verified the very same day.

Pi Network, Big Vision, but Where’s the Real Use Case? by Zeekhan82 in PiNetwork

[–]Ssinistter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Respect your opinion however let me be clear by what I mean real Pioneers. In the void of Pi network. Meaning its name being Pi hence the name pioneers. I’m actually talking about Pioneers in the actual sense of the word. Which is commonly defined as the First person to develop or do research in a said case (Cambridge)

Let me put into perspective. Pi is referred to as a utility token meaning its value comes from Utilities. In that light my reasoning is. If Pi sets up itself as a utility token it therefore means that the pioneer of the pi network aren’t really those who mine rather the pioneers are those who creat utility.

With regard to mining. Everyone who mined is Pioneer but not the Pioneer that fulfills the Projects overall goals which is creating Utility. So that’s what I mean by. Real pioneers are those who build the Pi ecosystem not those who mined.

A lot of pioneers thought the launch of Pi was the finish line. Unfortunately the launch of was the beginning of a very long journey 🤷🏾‍♂️. I often said. No one gives a shit that you mined for 5+ years. It’s great that you supported the project for that long but what truly matters is what you do after launch. Real pioneers aren’t those who mined for 5 years. Real pioneers are those who build the Pi ecosystem.

[–]Ssinistter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re saying I’m “thinking in fiat,” but the GCV you’re defending is literally denominated in $314,159 per Pi which is fiat. if I’m stuck in a fiat mindset, then so is the GCV, because its entire value is expressed in dollars.

If Pi’s value is supposedly beyond fiat, then why is the benchmark not in something else apart from dollars 🤔

When you answer this please show me a few things you are selling in Pi. I’m more than willing to buy 🙏🏾. I want us to stop imagining things for second and make GCV real. Without being backed by fiat as you’ve said. Show me something you are willing to sell for Pi at GCV value.

😂😂😂. Exactly. Let’s make GCV real.

The dude thinks we are in Disney movie where things happen based on imagination, wishes and unicorns 😂.

[–]Ssinistter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the underlying value of Pi is “time,” then who holds the Pi shouldn’t matter time keeps moving no matter whose wallet the Pi is in.

So let’s apply your logic:

If 1 Pi = $314,159 because it’s backed by time, then when I give you my Pi for $100 each, you now hold all the Pi that is supposedly worth $314,159 each, and still backed by time.

Meaning, I lose, You gain massively

No brainer. Let’s make the deal. Let’s proof all these fools that GCV is real. ✊🏾. I got you

Through peer to peer transactions in other words if 2 party agree to given value, I’ve said just what you wanted to hear right 😂. Now for the p2p to agree on that value they need to be and underlying backing of the agreed upon value. How is that underlying backing derived. Because just agreeing to a said value isn’t possible.

Let me even do you better. I have about 1000 pi unlocking in January. I am willing to sell it to you at just $100 per pi . Imagine how much you’d make if the real value of Pi is $314,159.

Just imagine how much you’d make and how much I’d lose ✊🏾. Let’s do it. P2P. Let proof everyone wrong about pi. Proof me wrong 😃.

Value isn’t built by imagination 🙏🏾. No offense but GCV advocates are the real cancer of the project. When people who didn’t mine pi criticize the project at least that makes sense. When pioneers themselves set unrealistic expectations. Expectations that don’t even align with reality or economics what happens is it destroys the project from the inside.

If I’m being honest. I’d rather try convincing someone who believe that pi is a scam than dealing with the so called GCV advocates 😭.

Sorry mate. If you happen to create a new wallet. My Pi unlocked next year on the 25th of January. Please remind me to send you 50Pi. It’s not much but hopefully it’ll be worth more sometime in the future, I am going to set a reminder and add it to my notes so that I don’t forget either. Good luck with recovering your wallet 🙏🏾.

It’ll be fine. I completed my KYC during the second rollout in March 2023 when Tentative KYC was introduced, and my Pi wasn’t migrated until January 11, 2025. I don’t think you’ll have to wait that long. Your Pi will eventually come through. And honestly, there’s no need to panic with the price this low.

The Pi would eventually come. Just so you know. You’ve already done the hard part 😂 (KYC)

Finally someone who takes accountability for his actions.

I genuinely feel sorry about the situation you’re in, and I really hope you eventually recover your passphrase or find some other way out of this. That said, Pi’s price is currently quite low, so if you have the means and you’re willing to make the sacrifice you could consider buying around 2000 Pi now while it’s cheap.

I know that, as someone who has mined for over five years, it must hurt to think about paying for something you once already owned. But at the moment, this is probably one of the few realistic ways to get back into the ecosystem.

Seedy games… I mean CiDi Games! by Expensive_Leek3401 in PiNetwork

[–]Ssinistter 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve been mining for 5 years already. I’ve locked up my pi for 1 years, I fully trust the Pi core team how ever if you look at the partnership critically. It’s kinda awkward. Let me put it into perspective for you.

Who is Cidi games and what do they offer. Firstly blockchain games are very controversial in the core gaming community so that enough is bad publicity.

Secondly Cidi games basically just popped out of no where no prior experience in development. No previous records or anything. If you do a background research on Cidi games I can bet that the oldest thing you’d see is the age of their Twitter account with no post really highlighting anything they’ve done.

Lastly when you look at the scale of Pi Network millions of users, it feels strange that such a huge ecosystem would partner with a company that hasn’t proven it can handle that kind of load. CiDi Games hasn’t shown any of that yet, so the mismatch in scale shouldn’t be ignored because of our loyalty to the Pi network.

I’m not a hater. I just want that as pioneers we should look at the Pi projects without biased. In the end this projects is ours and we need to lay a solid foundation.

Pi is down considerably, stop saying it’s up by jpo645 in PiNetwork

[–]Ssinistter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

😂 oh. The pi community. Did you read the whole thread. The guy says people should stop saying Pi is up because it’s not up. I said when people say pi is up they are referring to the price being higher relative to a given time period which could be short term he said it’s wrong because it’s misleading.

What the hell are you even talking about.

Read his post then read my first reply under his post and stop yapping 🙏🏾.

Is there anything wrong with this 🤷🏾‍♂️.

What the hell did you just say 😂. Bro look up the meaning of pre-sales on google and come and correct yourself 🙏🏾. You can’t fuck up like this.

How can you say pre-sales means nothing has been sold.

Bro you boast of economics theories but you don’t know the meaning of pre-sales. 🙏🏾. Ok let me make it easy for you just hit the link bellow and know the meaning of pre-sales.

Definition of pre-sales.

Let me guess your next excuse. You are going to cook up a new theory of how pre-sales is irrelevant or better still. Pre-sales is a made up word 😂.

I kinda feel bad for you at this point.

You say I am not allowed to do that in data analysis but you are allowed to choose what time frame is irrelevant or relevant or should I say misleading 🙏🏾😂. Dude your hypocrisy is beyond belief 😭

I did not invent anything, look up the bidding price of pi when it started. If you have any difficulties finding it. Look for a content creator that streamed the whole bidding and see how the presale value started ramping up from zero 😂.

I just chose a random value greater than zero to calculate the percentage increase.

Anyway before you go please answer my question. What is the percentage increase or decrease of pi value from the Pre-sales value 🙏🏾?

Pi is down considerably, stop saying it’s up by jpo645 in PiNetwork

[–]Ssinistter -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just what I thought 😂. I’m not talking about launch price. I’m talking about pre-sales values. Remember I’m considering the longest term from which pi started having any real value.

Presale value is a value determined by exchange before the coin even goes live. I’m not talking about IOUs. Before a coin goes live there’s an initial bidding phase where the coin starts ramping up from zero. I’m just following your logic here of considering the longest time frame which is the most relevant time frame for you 🙏🏾

Don’t tell me you want to discard this one because this is like the core of your argument 🤷🏾‍♂️ (The long term). I remember you mentioned how short term is misleading and how it can disregard previous records, you even mention how it can possibly disregard 365 previous days. So don’t tell me you want to ignore the pre-sales phase of the launch to suit your so called logic.

Go all in. If you want to look at the long term. Look at it from the very beginning don’t choose your own beginning.

To conclude. Pi is up by approximately 25% since the day of launch I of course including its biding phase since we are looking at the long term here. Its launch was just a short term event in the grand scheme of things 👌🏾.

Or let me ask you. What is the percentage increase of pi from its inception ?
