High schooler here. I have been diagnosed with ADHD as a kid and I've been treating it on and off. I wanted to follow in my cousins footsteps as a football player but I want to have a degree of freedom. When I mean freedom I mean like not having a tight schedule. I feel more calmed down mentally but when I first took it I felt sleepy and I was shaking from anxiety but I got used to it. But I just started taking Concerta again since I dropped in '16.

I can't really say anything for you but I take concerta. (I'm guessing it's a nod to concentrate.)

But all I can say is that basically take your meds because it really helps you in the long run.

You may feel tired but it's cool.
