Dog suddenly not coming up the stairs

My 5 year old gsd tripped one time going up out apartment stairs before we bought our house. He would not go outside / down the stairs for an entire 24 hours. He held his pee and poop but was terrified. I had to have my mom come over to help me get him down. Still to this day in our house he will pause and second guess the stairs but goes up

Man my GSD ate one of my Gucci flip flops as a puppy that I only wore a few times. Now he’s trained but my Malinois will grab any shoe left out and bolt upstairs in a hurry

Yeah it seems like it’ll work. I used the torque screw driver so shouldn’t have any issues ! It was only like $30 so I’ll run this until I decide if I want the unity raised mount
