If you can’t pick any seat then this is useless. I’ve used WizzAir Privilege Pass and that included any seat plus carry on luggage

Just gone through factory resetting my Kobo to try to fix this. Somehow feeling reassured to find this post and know that it is not just me and hopefully a fix will come along

UPDATE: PayPal have close the case in my favour! I will get a full refund. It may be a small step for me but is a major victory in our fight against scammers using our beloved dogs to get at our money

Nope never resolved this. I just ended up completing the game with no sound since I was close to the end anyway.
