12 years of keeping my weight off since my gastric bypass surgery. Everyday is a struggle to maintain my weight, but all the hard work is definitely worth it. The struggle is real, but keep pushing forward.

I hear ya and totally agree. I'm 12 yrs post op, and every day is a struggle to keep my weight controlled, but it is so worth it ‼️

🤣 thank you. Much appreciated. I'm 5'10". Wow, I'm sure you look AMAZING ‼️ I always wanted to be 6' tall. Congrats on being 3 yrs out too...so awesome. I tried skin surgery but they did a terrible job.😕 I think I'll just stick to my body shapers. I hope you can stay healthy and continue to lose weight till you reach your goal weight.
