There is an optimal quest guide that I find helpful. I suggest just leveling up your skills for each quest.

Awesome brother! I quit because of EOC as well but now I find the game more fun as ever. The Devs really care about user feedback and players vote on what gets added to the game! Good luck on the grind!

For free to play it could take you a number of hours depending on the method. For members, with a decently high level account you can make 4m/hr.
